A mobile escape room...can you crack it?

 Can you decipher an 18th century document and unpick its secrets?

 Could you be the crucial piece of the puzzle in a organised crime lawsuit?

 Can you diffuse the bomb before it explodes and the evidence is lost forever?

Northumberland Archives and November Club are proud to present a brand new immersive escape room, set in a repurposed library van. Visitors will use their powers of deduction to help the Archives team crack the codes, unlock the puzzles and deduce the answers to a 45 minute adventure inside our unique travelling van.

This adventure for all the family promises to get you thinking. See history come to life through archival material and historical storytelling.

The Archive Service needs you.

Games available between 10am – 4pm.

Important Information

Recommended age for playing 10+

At least one member of the party needs to be 18+

The max capacity of players is 5

This is a free event but booking is essential, via booking link above.

Running time approx. 45 mins.

Accessibility

Access to the van is by three steps with a hand rail. We have a ramp to accommodate wheelchair access. Please note if wheelchair access is required this will limit the number of players for comfort to 3.

The van doors will be closed during the game.
