Walk in Your Shoes

Every year the company chooses a different route in Northumberland and audiences are invited to walk, chat and meet new people.

We tend to pick two walks per year in the summer months, keep an eye on our what’s on pages for details or make sure you’re signed up to our mailing list to be the first to hear.

“Our walks are such a unique way to connect with our audiences, and to have creative conversations. Fresh air and walking are so important for our mental health that we really want to continue providing these walking opportunities. So please do join us, either with friends or on your own, we’ll make you welcome.”  Joe Hufton, Artistic Director and CEO.

Our walks vary in length and location and usually incorporate country and coastal paths. Our Business and Operations Director, Andrea, stops and gives historical context to our walks as we pass various sites and landmarks.

What our walkers have said:

“Hearing the life stories of new people that I wouldn't otherwise meet who all have a shared love for culture and Northumberland.”

“I have done several walks with November Club and always enjoyed them. Great to meet different folk. Sunday's walk was full of very interesting historical facts about the area, many were new to me. For folk on their own it’s a good way to meet others and walk in a safe environment.”
