Hannah Glasse is the long-forgotten Northumberland Author of 'The Art of Cookery made Plain and Easy', penned one of the most successful cookbooks of all time.  Jamie Oliver and Mary Berry have nothing on her! She is also the star of our upcoming production of Food and Feuds: Two Cooks of Hexham.

Hannah Glasse Saves the Nation -commissioned by Northumberland Archives with funding from the Culture Recovery Fund for Heritage. Hannah shares with us her own highly effective blend against the plague.
