Recruitment: Participation Producer

November Club is looking to recruit a Participation Producer to join the team.

We need an experienced and enthusiastic individual to design, develop and deliver an effective strategy for November Club’s participation work.
You will have experience of working with people of all ages, including children and young people, in a creative environment, managing and monitoring projects, artistic facilitators and performers and evaluating work to demonstrate it is meeting targets and priorities.

You will have an understanding of the requirements of an Arts Council England (ACE) National Portfolio Organisation and the barriers to engagement and participation faced by different communities within Northumberland.

You will have experience of building networks and working in partnership to deliver participation projects and experience of working a variety of organisations to deliver participation programmes for a diverse audience.

Like us, you’ll be passionate about the arts and the positive impact they can make to the lives of children, young people and adults. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact clearly and confidently with a diverse range of individuals.
