Recruitment: Trustees to Board
November Club is looking to recruit two Trustees to join the Board.
November Club is a small, but ambitious organisation led by Artistic Director, Cinzia Hardy. The organisation is interested in hearing from experienced and enthusiastic individuals with a range of skills and experience. You will be passionate about the arts and the positive impact they can make to our lives, especially in a predominantly rural area such as Northumberland, where much of the work takes place.

Cinzia Hardy, Artistic Director at November Club said “November Club is an award-winning organisation with ambitious plans, and our enhanced staff structure is beginning to take shape. New productions and projects are in the planning including a return to Newcastle’s Literary and Philosophical Society, where November Club began, for a large-scale promenade production in late 2019”.

What are we looking for?
We are interested in hearing from experienced and enthusiastic individuals with a range of skills and experience in one or more of the following areas:
- HR, Education, Arts and Community Engagement, Income Generation, Marketing and PR including digital.
Like us you will be passionate about the arts and the positive impact they can make to our lives, especially in a predominantly rural area such as Northumberland. You'll be excited by the opportunity to work with the Board and the Company, even if you have no previous Board experience, helping to shape the organisation's strategy and direction.
The role of Trustee is on a voluntary basis and you will also be a Company Director. The role of Trustee is a non-remunerated post. Reasonable expenses will be covered.
